We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Business Development Executive to drive online sales, expand our digital presence, and build strong customer relationships. The role requires strategic thinking, market research, and hands-on execution to grow our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the e-commerce space.
- Manage and optimize listings across online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend monitoring.
- Build partnerships with suppliers, logistics providers, and payment platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and online advertising.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and ROI of e-commerce activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales, online marketplace management, or digital business development.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online sales funnels.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
