E-Commerce Marketing & Customer Loyalty Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven E-commerce Marketing Manager with proven experience in managing online store advertising, building loyalty programs, and deploying smart messaging strategies via WhatsApp and CRM platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full customer journey and how to optimize every touchpoint for retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute advertising campaigns for e-commerce stores across Google, Meta, and local ad networks
- Design and launch customer loyalty programs with tiered rewards, referral incentives, and retention strategies
- Build and automate email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign
- Manage WhatsApp campaigns via platforms like WATI, Twilio, or similar smart messaging systems
- Integrate marketing campaigns with CRM and develop automated funnels for customer return, upselling, and re-engagement
- Analyze purchasing behavior and optimize customer lifetime value and retention rates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in online retail marketing and e-commerce campaign management
- Solid understanding of loyalty systems, email marketing strategies, and automation tools
- Proficiency with WhatsApp Business API and intelligent messaging platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and consumer behavior analytics
