Looking for a Estimator for our Production House.
Location: DUBAI INVESTMENT PARK 1
Looking for people who have minimum 1year of experience in doing estimation/ Quantity Surveyor for Retails stores, showrooms, fit outs (Mandatory).
Looking for candidates form the RETAIL PRODUCTION INDUSTRY ( will be considered)
Roles:
· Research for cost effective and durable materials.
· Accurately estimate costs for interior fit-out projects, retail stores, showrooms, fit-out projects
· Calculating the quantities of materials needed for the project, such as wood, hardware, and finishing materials.
· Calculating the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and overhead in order to generate realistic project cost estimates.
· Track and maintain progress reports for each project, ensuring transparency in output and expenditures.
· Resolved client concerns in collaboration with the sales and production team.
· Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
· Ensuring that project estimates align with budget constraints and making adjustments as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
