About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Executive to join the Sales at Jumeirah Creekside. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Be fully trained on the reporting side of sales systems in order to support and work with the sales team.
- File and passing all correspondences for Head/Event Managers (i.e. incoming /outgoing emails, letters, contracts, comparison charts, and productivity reports).
- Conduct in-house site inspections as required.
- Knowledge of basic DELPHI, Microsoft Programs
- Be aware of the sales and marketing set up at the hotel and working relationships with Dubai cluster, GSO’s, Global sales offices.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Previous 5 Star Luxury Hospitality experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Team Player - Collaborates positively and effectively with others and team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines
