Job Summary:
We are currently hiring Fabrication Supervisors with a strong background in steel and piping fabrication. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing fabrication teams, ensuring quality standards, and driving productivity across structural and piping projects within ship repair, shipbuilding, or industrial fabrication environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of steel and piping fabrication activities.
- Interpret fabrication drawings, material specifications, and work instructions.
- Plan and allocate tasks to fabricators and welders to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality control, and workmanship standards.
- Conduct inspections of fabricated components for dimensional accuracy and weld quality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to improve skills and efficiency.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare job status reports as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / ITI / Certification in Mechanical, Fabrication, or Welding Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in steel and piping fabrication.
- Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, welding processes, and material standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and piping drawings.
- Familiarity with shipyard or industrial fabrication safety procedures.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and planning abilities.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
