Real Estate Broker JD:
- Consult with potential clients to assess the type of property they are looking for
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
- Research and compare properties for sale to help clients make well-informed decisions
- Negotiate prices on behalf of clients to ensure the best possible deal
- Prepare and review legal documents related to buying, selling and leasing properties
- Coordinate property viewings and showings
- Provide advice on the maintenance and tax obligations of purchasing property
- Keep up to date with local market conditions and trends
- Maintain records of properties, sales and purchases
