The property will be conveniently located just 30 minutes away from Al Maktoum Airport and Dubai International Airport, with excellent connections to every part of the city. This is set to be the largest Marriott Executive Apartments in UAE, which will bring exceptional, new F&B experiences to this location which is rapidly emerging as the heart of the New Dubai corridor, catering to both our guests and the surrounding vibrant communities.
The opening of Marriott Hotel Production City, Dubai is anticipated to mark the fifth hotel under the Marriott Hotel’s brand in Dubai. The hotel will exemplify the brand’s continued evolution and feature contemporary and intuitive spaces. Projected to open in Q4 2025, the 365 room hotel, will feature a number of dining outlets, the brand’s signature M Club lounge, a pool, fitness center and tennis court.
Marriott Executive Apartments continues to cater to the rapidly growing demand for extended stay accommodations in the UAE. Marriott Executive Apartments Production City, Dubai is anticipated to offer 420 apartments that provide home comforts for both business and leisure travelers.
Hostess is responsible for meeting, greeting and seating restaurant guests. They assist guests in getting everything that they need and ensure that customers leave with the good memories of an enjoyable dining experience. A hostess at a restaurant manages reservations, sets tables, takes note of drink orders, keeps children engaged by providing them items like crayons, coloring books, snacks, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Distribute reservations among all servers equally, informing them of all information necessary. Example, Birthdays, anniversaries, bill not to be taken to the table or any other unusual requests.
- Always answer the phone politely using a friendly tone and being informative.
- Go to the guest at the entrance and welcome them and introduce yourself.
- Once the guests are seated, hand them the menu in their hand and tell them who their server will be.
- If a customer has any questions, it is your responsibility to answer them accurately. Therefore, know your product and price list.
- You must have complete knowledge of all food and beverage menus: The ingredients, the preparation, how items are served and with what, know your prices, know the daily specials.
- Ask the day and date required.
- Ask the time they would like to dine.
- Ask the phone number or room number.
- Ask if there is any special occasion or requirements.
- On departure of a guest, you must make contact with them. Ask them how their evening was and say good-bye.
- If there are any complaints, retrieve a manager or supervisor immediately.
