We’re looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Social Media & Content Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about content creation, understands the rhythm of digital trends, and isn’t afraid to get behind the camera to bring ideas to life.
You’ll be managing everything from daily content planning and posting to coordinating influencer collaborations and running paid ad campaigns — all while making sure our online presence reflects the energy and style of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms
- Capture photos and videos in-house or on-site to be used in posts, stories, and campaigns
- Support and participate in content shoots — including setup, filming, and basic editing
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships from outreach to execution
- Schedule and monitor paid social media and programmatic ad campaigns
- Respond to messages, comments, and engage with the online community
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports with recommendations
- Stay current with social media trends, audience behavior, and platform updates
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement
- Comfortable working behind the camera and directing basic photo/video shoots
- Familiarity with ad campaign scheduling and reporting
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling
- Arabic language skills are a must
