Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused FEMALE receptionist to join our fitness center in Arjan, Dubai. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
The ideal candidate should have strong time management skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with basic math or finance, WhatsApp communication, social media, and basic editing tools like Canva is preferred. Candidates living near Arjan are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
- Handle and respond to WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
Customer Service:
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle customer concerns with courtesy and professionalism.
- Maintain a positive and friendly environment for all visitors.
Administrative Support:
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and editing.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain daily calendars.
- Handle mail, deliveries, and basic office organization.
Communication & Social Media:
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Support basic social media posting and interaction.
- Use Canva or similar tools for simple visual editing (e.g., flyers, schedules, announcements).
Basic Cleaning:
- Ensure the reception area is clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Keep supplies organized and report low stock when needed.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Basic math/finance skills (handling petty cash, simple reporting).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
- Ability to create basic visuals using Canva or similar editing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Sales skills, including customer engagement and promoting products/services
