About the Job:
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to manage the front desk and perform various administrative tasks.
Roles:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Provide excellent customer service and support the daily operations of the office.
Required Skills:
- Min 1 to 2 years of Real Estate background
- Proficient in Russian speaking
Pay: 8K-9K AED
