Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Finance Trainer to deliver high-quality training in a range of financial disciplines including VAT, Corporate Taxes, TALLY, Accounting, CFA, CMA, Forensic Accounting, Corporate Finance, ACCA, and CIA. The ideal candidate will be capable of delivering professional-level instruction, designing tailored course content, and ensuring learners are equipped with industry-relevant skills and certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for students and professionals in finance and accounting domains.
Develop and customize curriculum, training plans, learning materials, and assessments for:
Taxation: VAT, Corporate Taxes, Compliance & Filing Procedures
Accounting Software: TALLY ERP, QuickBooks (if applicable)
Professional Certifications: CFA (all levels), CMA (US/India), ACCA, CIA
Financial Disciplines: Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Forensic Accounting, Cost Accounting
Prepare candidates for professional exams with mock tests, workshops, and case study analysis.
Evaluate participant progress and provide detailed feedback for improvement.
Stay updated with global financial regulations, standards (IFRS, GAAP), and exam changes.
Collaborate with academic coordinators and management for scheduling and student support.
Provide mentoring and guidance to learners aspiring to pursue finance careers.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial training or working in relevant domains.
Deep understanding of financial concepts, tax laws, accounting standards, and analytical tools.
Familiarity with key accounting and finance software (TALLY, Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to simplify complex financial topics for diverse audiences.
Experience with exam-focused teaching methodologies.
Skilled in case-based learning and real-world financial analysis.
Effective curriculum development and instructional design ability.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
Certified Trainer status from a recognized institution or body
TALLY Certified Trainer or equivalent
Exam success record in professional finance certifications (CFA, CMA, etc.)
Working Conditions:
Flexible to deliver training sessions during evenings or weekends if required.
May require occasional travel for corporate or institutional training engagements.
