Restaurant Supervisor

Qualifications:
- Food safety and sanitation certification
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
- Proven track record of successfully overseeing restaurant operations and ensuring high-quality service.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Implementing and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Leading and motivating restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence.
