Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance across residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
- Lead a team of technicians to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within defined SLAs.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems, identifying faults and initiating corrective action.
- Allocate work orders, monitor progress, and maintain proper documentation through CAFM/manual systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services when required.
- Implement energy-saving measures and ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense, Municipality, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot breakdowns, and handle emergency repairs.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management on maintenance performance, manpower, and equipment status.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 0-3 years of UAE experience in facilities management or MEP maintenance supervision.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
- Hands-on technical experience with ability to guide technicians.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
