Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✅ Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
