Responsible for managing and growing relationships with key Modern Trade chains, ensuring the successful sales and distribution of our food product portfolio. This is a pivotal role that requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of retail dynamics, and a passion for building lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key Modern Trade accounts.
- Build strong relationship with Retailer Head Office Team as well as Store Level Team.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and market share.
- Manage a team of Sales supervisors and Merchandisers in direct distribution.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements in line with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and address performance gaps.
- Monitor competitor activity and proactively adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead business reviews with key accounts, presenting insights, performance metrics, and growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development role within the food, beverage, or FMCG industry. (Within the UAE)
- Strong understanding of supermarket retail operations and the food distribution landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.
- Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly across all Emirates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
