We are based in the Amer Center in Bay Avenue, Dubai, and are looking for a professional, Arabic-speaking female to join our team in a blended role that covers front desk, admin, and customer service duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle phone calls, messages, scheduling, and general office inquiries
- Support clients with government-related services and business setup procedures
- Liaise with Dubai government entities when necessary
- Maintain front desk organization and office supply inventory
- Provide administrative support to management and team members
- Represent the company in a polished and professional manner at all times
Requirements:
- Female candidate, fluent in Arabic, with good command of English
- Law background (degree preferred)
- Previous experience with Dubai government services, Amer, Tasheel, or business setup is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
