We’re looking for a creative UI Designer with strong skills and experience in front-end development using advanced CSS and JavaScript.
The ideal candidate must be able to build responsive mobile-first websites and modern web/user interfaces using any modern framework such as Vue.js, React.js, or Next.js and representing powerful user experience UX.
The best fit for this role will bring strong visual and technical skills to craft fully custom front-end designs, user-friendly websites, landing pages, and digital assets that support our real estate projects and marketing efforts.
UI&UX designing skill using Figma or Adobe XD is a huge plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, design, re-design, and maintain the aesthetic front-end layout, visual elements, and user interfaces of our custom websites and landing pages to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
- Recommending interface designs using Figma, Canva or Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to implement creative and engaging web solutions that meet project goals and enhance user experience.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to bring design concepts to life and guide the development process.
- Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Manage and update digital assets, ensuring that they are in line with brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Continuously monitor the performance of websites and landing pages, making necessary design updates to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Work with the development team to implement designs and troubleshoot any issues related to visual elements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to deliver innovative, high-quality work.
- Optimize designs for SEO and collaborate with developers to ensure that all design aspects are search-engine friendly.
Key Requirements
- Advanced skills in writing powerful HTML5 pages, structured CSS styles, and JavaScript libraries to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Building and maintaining responsive, dynamic web interfaces using modern frameworks like Vue.js, React.js, or Next.js.
- Good knowledge in design tools like of Adobe and others like Photoshop, XD, Figma, and Canva is a huge plus.
- Proven experience as a front-end developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative process.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, with an ability to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Strong knowledge about custom Email templates design
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that meet user needs and align with brand guidelines.
- Experience with responsive design and optimization for various devices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and Elementor is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bitrix24 or other CRM software is a plus.
