We need only Girls As a Debt Management Executive with sales Experience Communications, you'll be responsible for reaching out to customers over the phone and helping them with their debt management needs. You'll use your excellent communication skills to explain our services, assist with debt restructuring, and guide customers towards finding the best solutions for their financial situations. It's a rewarding role where you get to make a positive impact on people's lives! A telecaller is a company representative that contacts the existing or potential prospects with the intention of closing a sale. Given the nature of their job, they ought to have excellent communication skills and the ability to inform and pursue the potential prospect.
Requirements -
· Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
· Excellent knowledge of English
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
· Excellent phone and presentation skills
Job Role:
· Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service.
· Closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
· Gathering data & generating leads.
· Capable of achieving the monthly target.
· Willing to go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
