We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Product Analytics Associate to help us understand our users, optimize funnels, and drive smarter messaging. You’ll be working closely with the founder and product team, so your work will directly shape the product and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product and marketing funnels using Mixpanel (or similar tools).
- Maintain tracking, cohorts, and dashboards to uncover user friction and opportunity.
- Help shape and track messaging across ad platforms and in-app journeys (Meta, Google, Firebase, etc.).
- Collaborate with product and design teams to improve UX using real user data.
- Run basic A/B tests, analyze behavior, and suggest messaging experiments.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights that drive growth, not just reports.

- Requirements:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of user funnels, retention, and behavioral analytics.
- Experience launching or supporting messaging/ad campaigns (paid or in-app).
- Strong critical thinking and ability to communicate insights clearly.
- Eager to learn, experiment, and iterate in a fast-paced environment.

- Bonus if you have:
- Experience in fintech or consumer mobile apps.
- Basic SQL or data visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, GDS).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
