Your Role with Us
As an Organic Growth Manager, you will develop and lead our organic growth strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & more.
What You Should Bring to the Table
You’ll be responsible for reach, content strategy, visibility, and community building – with a focus on founder branding, agency positioning, and possibly sub-brands.
You think in terms of platform mechanics, trends, and purposeful content – and collaborate closely with our creative team, copywriters, and the CEO.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in organic social media & content growth
- You're familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts – including formats & platform mechanics
- You’ve already built or significantly scaled brands / personal brands organically
- You understand how content converts – even in B2B or premium positioning
- You’re creative, strategic & hands-on – you can plan and execute
- You can coordinate a small creator team (VA, designer, copywriter)
Tools & Skills
- Experience with social scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Metricool, Buffer)
- Basic understanding of analytics & reporting (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Familiar with Notion, ClickUp, Slack – for content planning & collaboration
- You know AI tools like ChatGPT or Canva AI – but use them smartly, not blindly
- Bonus: Experience with UGC, creator collaborations, Reels editing or similar
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and take ownership of our organic content strategy
- Plan formats, content & campaigns for founders, brands & events
- Work closely with copywriting & design – and coordinate content production
- Bring in fresh ideas (hooks, challenges, series) and ensure consistency & reach
- Analyze what works – and adapt the content plan based on data
- Position us as a category leader in marketing, performance & digital innovation

- No need to build ads or funnels
- No need to be on camera (unless you want to)
- You don’t have to create all content alone – you’ll lead & coordinate
