We’re now looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen with passion, creativity, and discipline.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation
- Design and develop menus with a strong Mediterranean and healthy food focus
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and training
- Control food cost, waste, and inventory
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and health & safety standards
- Collaborate closely with the front-of-house and management teams
- Stay current with food trends, dietary preferences, and wellness-driven eating
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef (minimum 5 years)
- Deep understanding of Mediterranean cuisine and health-conscious cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Creative mindset with a passion for seasonal, clean, and wholesome ingredients
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a calm, professional kitchen
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
