Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Assist in performance management and employee development activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Administration:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Liaise with external service providers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Support documentation, correspondence, and internal communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in HR and administration roles.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
