Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in HR practices, with a commitment to supporting a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Monitor and manage employee leave records and attendance, ensuring accurate data is maintained in the leave tracker
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local labor laws
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an HR role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in recruitment and screening processes
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
