Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and a proven ability to drive employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR operations—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead performance appraisal processes and support departments with KPIs and evaluations.
- Develop and update HR policies and employee handbook.
- Administer payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll departments.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Support training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Prepare regular HR reports for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, employment contracts, and visa processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
