Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations and support a positive work culture.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and goal-setting frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management.
- Organize internal communications and employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of local experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
