Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and talent acquisition needs.
- Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Proactively source candidates through online platforms, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Candidate Screening: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Selection Process: Manage the interview process from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and effectiveness.
