End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding procedures.
Visa and Labor Contract Renewal: Coordinate timely renewal of employee visas and labor contracts in compliance with labor laws.
Resignation and Offboarding: Handle employee resignations, ensure clearance processes are followed, and conduct exit interviews.
Leave Management: Oversee and process employee leave requests in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Attendance Monitoring: Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure timely reporting for payroll and compliance.
Document Request Handling: Process employee requests for HR-related documents such as salary certificates, NOCs, and experience letters.
Performance Management Support: Assist in scheduling and coordinating performance evaluations and tracking employee development plans.
