We Are Hiring – HR Officer (With UAE Experience & Visa Processing Knowledge)
A reputable company is looking for a skilled and organized HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the UAE, especially in handling visa processing and employee documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with PRO and government portals (MOHRE, Immigration, etc.)
- Assist in employee relations, contract preparation, and leave tracking
- Provide support in audits, reports, and HR administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and visa processes
- Familiarity with MOHRE and immigration systems
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Currently based in the UAE and available to join soon
