The HR Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily human resources operations, ensuring HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively. This role involves supervising HR staff, managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and performance management processes to support organizational goals.
Location: Downtown Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the HR team in all HR functions.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll processing for accuracy.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Prepare HR reports for management review.
- Ensure confidential handling of employee records and HR matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and UAE labor laws (if applicable).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
