Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer for ADNOC onshore/offshore projects. The ideal candidate must hold valid ADNOC-approved certifications and possess proven experience in oil and gas operations, with a strong understanding of UAE regulatory and client-specific HSE requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and Life Saving Rules across the site
- Conduct daily site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments
- Monitor and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) and Work Management Systems (WMS)
- Deliver HSE induction, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns for site personnel
- Support incident investigations and root cause analysis reporting
- Liaise with ADNOC HSE representatives and ensure audit readiness
- Maintain safety documentation and prepare daily/weekly reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in oil & gas industry
- At least 1–2 years of experience on ADNOC or ADNOC-contractor sites
