Overview
Job Description
- In-person support for customs agencies and customers who require support or feedback on their shipments.
- Management and review of customs documentation (Entry Declarations, modification requests, delivery/receipt of documents).
- Support in area audits by collecting the required information.
- Collaboration with other internal areas to ensure smooth operations and compliance with established KPIs
- Notification of shipments held in warehouse through various channels (electronic, telephone), including tracking with agencies and weekly inventory reporting.
Job Requirements
- Basic English.
- Intermediate-advanced level of Microsoft Office management.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations and/or foreign trade areas.
