Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed interior shop drawings for residential projects, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance with project specifications.
Produce high-quality interior renders and 3D visualizations, showcasing design concepts and materials.
Design and plan interior lighting solutions that enhance the aesthetics and functionality of residential spaces.
Select and specify interior materials, finishes, and furniture, keeping in mind both aesthetics and practical requirements.
Collaborate with Consultants and the design team to develop interior concepts and layouts that meet client needs and expectations.
Prepare and review tender documents, including BOQs, to ensure cost-effective and high-quality material selection.
Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in interior design, lighting, and materials.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design with a strong focus on residential projects.
Expertise in producing high-standard interior shop drawings and working with detailed design specifications.
Proficiency in 3D design software (SketchUp or 3ds Max; both acceptable).
Strong experience in creating photorealistic renders and visualizations for interior spaces.
Knowledge of lighting design principles and the ability to integrate lighting solutions into interiors.
Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and furniture selection.
Previous experience in consultations and development is a plus.
