Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Interior Fit-Out Sales Executive to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, and closing interior fit-out project deals. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel to client locations and project sites. Therefore, the candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and own a vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new leads through cold calls, site visits, networking, and digital platforms.
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand their interior fit-out needs, budget, and timelines.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers with support from design and estimation teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate project delivery aligned with client expectations.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely collections and contract compliance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, market pricing, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or a related field in the UAE.
- A strong network of industry contacts is a plus.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to read technical drawings and BOQs is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
