Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE real estate market, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in property sales and leasing (off-plan & secondary market).
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Sales & Leasing: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
- Market Research: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, pricing, and new developments.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and developers.
- Lead Generation: Proactively source potential clients through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Handle negotiations, paperwork, and ensure smooth transactions.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to RERA and Dubai real estate regulations.
- International Clientele: Work with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and foreign investors, understanding their needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai/UAE .
- Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary markets.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills .
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- UAE driving license .
