Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage daily technical operations, ensuring smooth functionality of IT systems as well as mechanical and electrical equipment. The supervisor will lead a team of 10 technicians, implement preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of a team of 10 technicians.
- Assign work, track progress, and ensure quality and timely completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT, mechanical, or electrical issues beyond technician level.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and reports for management.
- Train and mentor technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducation
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Diploma holders may be considered with strong supervisory experience.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT and/or maintenance roles.
- At least 2 years of proven experience supervising a technical or maintenance team.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with PC hardware/software, networking, pumps, and mechanical/electrical equipment.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in IT, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in scheduling and preventive maintenance planning.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- Strong communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Based on experience
- Bonus: AED 2,000 monthly performance bonus
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
