We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Luxury Goods & Jewelry team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales while representing our prestigious brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our industry and contribute to our continued success.
In this role, you will greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge, and build strong relationships to meet and exceed sales targets. You will help customers find the perfect piece of jewellery that fits their style and preferences. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the showroom, including ensuring displays are attractive and inventory is organized.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer has a memorable shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, maintaining contact for repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving individual and team goals
- Maintain the appearance of the showroom, ensuring displays are attractive and merchandise is organized.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and new product launches
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide customers with accurate and relevant information
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Jewellery Sales Executive, preferably in the luxury goods industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and instill confidence in customers
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewellery design
- Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for luxury goods and jewellery customers.
