About the Role:
A well-established organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join its Engineering and Technical Projects Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring value for money while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and specifications.
- Analyze subcontractor quotations and supplier proposals to determine best value.
- Track variations, assess change orders, and support contract administration.
- Collaborate with site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to align actual costs with budget forecasts.
- Prepare valuation reports, cost control documents, and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in quantity surveying, ideally within the UAE.
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software such as CostX or Bluebeam.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- Willing to travel and be assigned on-site to various project locations within the UAE.
- Experience in government or defense-related projects is a plus
