Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 0–2 years of experience to join our team. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
- Support in monitoring project budgets and costs
- Assist in measurement and valuation of works
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Help prepare monthly valuations and progress reports
- Support in maintaining project documentation and records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and costing
- Good knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD or QS software is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
