We at Align Staffing Solutions, are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team.
Position: Key Account Manager- Manage and grow key client accounts, offering tailored solutions to meet their staffing needs and ensure long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand and address their staffing needs.
- Provide tailored workforce solutions, ensuring the right talent is matched to each client’s requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure efficient fulfillment of client needs.
- Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve client issues to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales within the manpower consultancy/staffing industry in the UAE.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written), with good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid UAE driving license and a positive, friendly attitude.
