Job Description:
Al Ahliya Sky is looking for a dedicated Labor Coordinator to oversee manpower supply operations within construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing worker deployment, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily deployment of workers across sites
- Liaise with clients to resolve site issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and performance reports
- Ensure all labor and visa regulations are strictly followed
Requirements:
- Male candidates only
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in manpower supply
- Strong Excel and coordination skills
- Available for immediate joining
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Experience:
- preparing and managing timesheets for manpower deployment: 2 years (Required)
- in manpower supply/construction within the UAE: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
