Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments.
- Good coordinator & involve drawings.
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
- Interpret survey data and compile notes, sketches, and records of survey results.
- Determine property boundaries and provide data for construction, land development, and legal documentation.
- Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and construction managers to support project planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain survey equipment and tools.
- Perform quality control checks and ensure the accuracy of all survey data.
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS to process survey data and generate plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in land surveying or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with surveying instruments and software (e.g., GPS, total station, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS).
- Strong understanding of land use laws, property boundaries, and zoning regulations.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Valid driver’s license (if fieldwork is required).
- Professional surveyor license (PLS) or equivalent certification is a plus.
