- Minimum of 3–5 years as a chef, preferably within private households, luxury hotels, or fine-dining restaurants.
- Strong background in Indian cuisine is essential; experience with other international cuisines is highly preferred.
- Proficient in creating customized menus based on client preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients.
- Capable of preparing daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and snacks with consistency and high quality.
- Able to create balanced, nutritious, and health-conscious meals.
- A formal culinary qualification (diploma or degree from a recognized culinary institution) is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
