About Us:
Royal Holiday Homes is a leading short-term rental company based in Abu Dhabi, known for delivering high standards in property management and guest experience. We are looking for a qualified and hands-on MEP Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and lead our technical team across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in duct AC units, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Assign daily tasks to technicians and ensure quality and timely completion.
- Conduct preventive maintenance scheduling and implementation.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and provide quick resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures.
- Prepare daily maintenance reports and communicate with the operations team.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless property readiness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or MEP supervision.
- Strong expertise in HVAC (especially duct AC), electrical and plumbing systems.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to manage a team and multitask across properties.
- Good reporting and communication skills.
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing preferred.
- Flexible to work on-call, evenings, or weekends when required.
