Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities across multiple sites
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Schedule preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and resources
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in facility management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Good communication skills and client-focused attitude
- Relevant technical certification or diploma preferred
