Job Title: Cluster HR Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cluster Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple luxury resort properties in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, in-depth HR knowledge, and a passion for people development in a multicultural, hospitality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations across assigned resorts within the cluster.
- Implement HR strategies in line with organizational goals and local labor regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention across all locations.
- Ensure compliance with Maldivian employment laws and resort standards.
- Guide employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Drive talent development, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
- Manage HR reporting, budgeting, and coordination with finance/payroll.
- Foster an inclusive, engaging, and productive work culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR leadership experience in hospitality/resort operations.
- Prior experience in multi-property or cluster-level HR roles is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, local labor law, and training frameworks.
- Maldives or remote island experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
