We are currently seeking a Manpower Coordinator to join our dynamic team for ADNOC Onshore and Offshore projects.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Proven experience in manpower coordination for large-scale industrial or energy sector projects
- Bachelor's Degree (attested by UAE Embassy) – Mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous ADNOC project experience is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of project personnel
- Manage daily manpower planning and reporting
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC project requirements
- Liaise with HR and site teams for scheduling, documentation, and onboarding
