We are a company specialized in the design, fabrication and installation of Floating Marinas and we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager/ Construction Manager
Responsibilities:
*Manage the Entire project from design phase to commissioning phase with his past extensive experience in Marine sector.
*Project Management of Marine construction including construction of marinas, civil & structural works & MEP
*Monitor and guide contractors to ensure their compliance with the HSE Plan
*Provide and manage the Safety and Environmental performance of all personnel on site. Achievement of the Project Safety and Environmental Targets
*Ensure that safety is an integral component of all construction planning and processes
*Be familiar with construction work and permit procedures and statutory requirements
*Assure accountability of employees and sub-contractors
*Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the Project Quality Plan
*Execute the construction portion of project plans through detailed planning and day-to-day direction of field activities
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture ,Civil/Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10- 15 Years of Marine Onshore Experience such as piling, Dredging, breakwaters, Quaywall, berth construction etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
