Al Raffa Tourism is a fast-growing travel and tourism company based in Dubai, specializing in visa services, air ticketing, customized tour packages, and travel support. We are looking for a dynamic and responsible female marketing officer to join our energetic and multicultural team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in clients and respond to online inquiries
- Provide customer support for visa, air ticketing, and tourism packages
- Coordinate with suppliers and handle document submissions
- Support the daily administrative operations of the office
- Maintain organized records and reports
- Handle basic office duties including printing, scanning, and documentation
Requirements:
- Female candidate (Nepal)
- Good communication skills in English
- Prior experience in a travel agency or customer service preferred
- Basic knowledge of visa or ticketing services is a plus
- Positive attitude, punctual, and organized
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
