Medical Records Officer

Location: Republic of Nauru
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, organize, and safeguard patient medical records.
- Ensure records are complete, accurate, and filed in a timely manner.
- Retrieve and deliver records to authorized medical personnel.
- Comply with confidentiality laws and data protection regulations.
- Assist in digitizing and updating health information systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic records systems (EMR/EHR).
- Knowledge of healthcare privacy standards and documentation practices.
