We are currently seeking a MEP Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing coordination works. The ideal candidate must possess a valid UAE driving license( two wheeler is licence preferred) to facilitate site visits and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all MEP activities across construction sites.
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Supervise site installations and ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.
- Conduct routine site inspections and report progress or issues.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams for timely delivery of MEP materials.
- Attend site meetings and follow up on action items.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE/Gulf experience in MEP coordination.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination procedures.
- Proficient in reviewing technical drawings and site documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid UAE two-wheeler license is preferred( 4 wheeler license holders also welcome)
